Request Replacement Certificate

Steps to request a replacement. (This is available to all active VEs)

1. Click on Examiners on the left sidebar.
2. Click on your record to view it.
3. Verify the email address on file is correct. If it is, proceed to Step 4. If the email needs to be corrected or updated, update your email before proceeding to Step 4. For instructions on how to update information such as your email, click HERE.
4. Click “Request Certificate”.
5. The PDF of your certificate will be emailed automatically to the email on file.
